How does the loyalty program work?
We offer Rupees (₹) (or rewards) as a token of appreciation for buying products from Authentic Indian Store. Collect ₹s for every dollar spent.
Base Rewards: Base rewards are dependent on your membership level. Please read below for more.
Bonus Rewards: From time to time, certain products, categories, or brands will have additional promotional rewards running which give you a chance to earn bonus rewards that add to your base rewards.
Membership Levels
We reward our loyal customers with a varying percentage of earned Rupees (₹) based on the current level they are in. Below are the 4 different levels that each customer can be a part of:
Both Base Rewards and Bonus Rewards contribute to your membership level upgrades.
Membership eligibility purchase amounts are not limited by duration. You will become a Platinum member as soon as you’ve collected ₹2000.
Membership is lifetime. You will never be downgraded to a lower tier if you’ve earned your points legally.
Level 1 : Silver
Eligibility: Sign up and become a Silver Member. All New customers are Silver Members.
Benefits: Silver Members enjoy 1% base rewards rate.
Sample: If you are a Silver Member and spend $60 for an order, you’ll receive ₹60 as rewards.
Level 2 : Gold
Eligibility: Collect ₹500+ and get the Gold Member tag.
Benefits: Gold Members enjoy 1.5% base rewards rate.
Sample: If you are a Gold Member and spend $60 for an order, you’ll receive ₹90 as base rewards.
Additional ₹ (rewards) can be obtained from certain products and categories depending on ongoing promotion.
Level 3 : Platinum
Eligibility: Collect ₹2000+ and earn the Platinum Member tag.
Benefits: Platinum Members enjoy 3% base rewards rate.
Sample: If you are a Platinum Member and spend $60 for an order, you’ll receive ₹180 as base rewards.
Additional ₹ (rewards) can be obtained from certain products and categories depending on ongoing promotion.
Level 4 : V.I.P.
Congrats! You’ve EARNED IT! Our Highest Tier
Eligibility: Collect ₹5000+ and earn the VIP Member tag.
Benefits: VIP Members enjoy 5% base rewards rate.
Sample: If you are a Platinum Member and spend $60 for an order, you’ll receive ₹300 as base rewards.

Rewards Redemption
Our Rupees (rewards) to Dollar Redemption works very much like the stock exchange, albeit at a very slow pace. Meaning: The ₹ conversion will depend on the market conditions for that month. The rate is set for the month on the 1st or 2nd day and goes for all redemptions throughout the month.
Lets understand that with an example.
You have ₹400 as rewards accumulated through your purchases and referrals. Now that you are making a new order, you would like to redeem the ₹400 to get a discount coupon.
The conversion rate of ₹400 has been set by Authentic Indian Store for the month of March at 81:1 – which means ₹81 equals to $1. For April it may fluctuate and be set to a different rate eg (83:1) which means you need ₹2 more to convert to a $ than in March.
The rates will be set by our company and will be final and binding for the month.
Membership and Rewards Conditions
The base and bonus rewards can fluctuate from time to time and is dependent on a number of factors which may not be notified the users. We, Authentic Indian Store, reserve the right to update, modify, change, or cancel rewards with or without prior notice.
