According to the manufacturer, this product (NutriMix) is tailored to meet the Indian Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for children aged 2-6 years. For children aged 7 and above, we recommend using our ProteinMix, which offers a higher recommended dose of essential nutrients.
